" I had a urological procedure this morning with Mr Paul Hughes. Excellent throughout. Accustomed as I am to private healthcare, the service today was equal to the best private care. "
"Mr Hughes, thank you for your caring and professional manners in which you attended me. Thanks also for arranging my scan and understanding my phobia to enclosed spaces. And Lastly for putting my mind at ease from the first time you saw me. Thanks.’"
"Mr Hughes, we would like to thank you from the bottom of our heart for everything you have done for us. Thank you for all your support and consideration and the time you spent in theatres, the telephone conversations and the letters for the examination board. You have been a very important person in our lives over the last six months and we will never forget you."
"To Mr Paul Hughes, thank you so much for seeing my husband and “passing” him health wise. Its been a very difficult and traumatic time for us both and we’re very grateful to you. God bless you and the good work that you do."
"Can’t thank you enough for your kindness and professionalism"
"Thank you for being brilliant at what you do, explaining my diagnosis in a way I could understand (holding my hand when a few tears escaped), reassuring me it was going to be OK as I walking down to the theatre, ringing me to check on how I was doing after the operation , and taking the time to answer my questions. I never felt rushed or silly for asking and finally for giving me the best news. Thank you so much"
