"Thank you for being brilliant at what you do, explaining my diagnosis in a way I could understand (holding my hand when a few tears escaped), reassuring me it was going to be OK as I walking down to the theatre, ringing me to check on how I was doing after the operation , and taking the time to answer my questions. I never felt rushed or silly for asking and finally for giving me the best news. Thank you so much."
"Thank you for your caring and professional manners in which you attended me. Thanks also for arranging my scan and understanding my phobia to enclosed spaces. And Lastly for putting my mind at ease from the first time you saw me. Thanks."
